"It taught me a way of making all those jumbled thoughts and feelings a lot clearer, allowing me to not only see what was on my mind and in my heart, but gave me a solution for dealing with them. This course gave me the tools to deal with those inner challenges that we sometimes have to face and don’t always have the supports to do that."
- Kathryn, Journal Writing participant

Meet Ingrid Jones
Ingrid Jones is a qualified wellbeing coach, speaker, and is currently turning her journal writing process into a book. She supports individuals, groups and workplaces to reduce stress, enhance their wellbeing and live more mindfully. Once Ingrid changed the way she journaled, she started to see incredible benefits.
