Grow your gardening skills while you also tend to your mind
Gardening is a fantastic way to boost your mental wellbeing and your physical and social wellbeing too. It can help you tune into your senses, connect with others and nature, move your body and improve clarity and focus all while practising a skill. The best part is that it can be as big or as small as you want it to be. Whether it's tending to windowsill flowerpots or growing a fruit and veggie patch in the backyard, at its roots it’s an intentional activity we do to nurture and connect with nature.
In this free online event, you'll have an opportunity to grow your green thumb while boosting your mental wellbeing by building a terrarium. Haylee from The Plant Whisperer joins us to guide you through a relaxing beginner's workshop where you'll learn the art to terrarium creation, including its origins and the 'three golden rules of terrarium success’. You don't need any prior experience or tools. Everything you need will arrive in a terrarium kit straight to your door.
Learn all you need to know to ensure your miniature garden creation thrives.
