Your Journey have a Youth Focused Housing Worker providing a youth homelessness response to young people presenting homeless at Launch Housing St Kilda (122 Chapel Street, St Kilda, VIC).
Interim Response Housing Support offers short term support between 6-8 weeks to help you explore housing options. You may wish to access Interim Response if you are couch surfing, experiencing difficulty obtaining private rental, at risk of homelessness, or experiencing homelessness.
Interim Response can assist you to address various housing needs and can support you to:
• Search and apply for private rental
• Explore suitable community housing options such as Youth Refuge, Crisis Housing, or Transitional Housing
• Contact your local housing entry point
• Access funding to assist with private rental such as bond, rent in advance, and removalists
• Connect you with other services as needed such as counselling

If you're aged between 16-25, are connected to South or East metropolitan areas of Melbourne, and are homeless or at risk or homelessness, you are eligible for Interim Response support.
