The Community Connector program is committed to encouraging young people to achieve their unique goals, reduce isolation and support the development of meaningful and sustainable community relations. We achieve this by working together with the community and creating new opportunities for young people to live rewarding lives as valued members of society.
By creating robust community opportunities, young people with a care experience can be supported to increase their sense of belonging, chase their ambitions and realise their potential as individuals.
Young people who have links to Southern Melbourne or Bayside Peninsula Areas and are accessing the Victorian Government’s Better Futures initiative, are eligible for Community Connections.
